We ship most items USPS Priority, which is typically 1-4 days depending on shipping zone. We ship from the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. We take great precautions when shipping our products, however, sometimes they will be damaged in shipping. Ultimate Gift Bag is not responsible for damage to items during shipping. They are shipped with insurance and we will help you with the claim, but you will be responsible for taking the damaged item to the Post Office for inspection, if they require it. This may take several weeks to get resolved. In the meantime, we will work with you to get a replacement item out ASAP. Please contact us through Etsy message immediately to get the process moving forward.
I’ve shipped thousands of items and I can count on 1 hand the number that were damaged in shipping. This is a rare occurrence.

Most of our products are custom made to order. Custom items are for the most part non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will work with you to make things right.
If a products needs to be returned, postage will be at purchasers expense and if refund is made, it is for the item only not the initial shipping cost.
We provide photos of products prior to shipping. Please make sure you read the product description and know what it is that you are purchasing. Don’t hesitate to ask for additional information or pictures.

Generally speaking, lanterns take 1-3 days from proof approval to be completed. Proofs are provided within 24 hours. You must approve the proof to proceed to production. Fabric products are made in the USA, all fabric is purchased from USA companies, but made be manufactured offshore.
All of the lantern products are made in China and decorated in the USA with USA made material.
I try to buy USA when possible.
